Pre- & Post-natal massage:

Whether pregnant for the first time or an experienced mother, all women can benefit from massage therapy during and after pregnancy. Well-versed in anatomy, pathology and a range of therapeutic techniques, I can help women through the various stages of maternity.

Massage is particularly useful to mothers because as their pregnancy evolves, postural changes and added weight can cause discomfort and pain which in turn can lead to lack of rest and chronic fatigue. After baby’s arrival, massage can help expedite recovery and provide relief from the challenges of early motherhood.

Baby Massage:


Massage is a wonderful gift for you and your baby. It is not just a delightful experience and connection between you and this new life. I consider massage essential in the upbringing of a healthy child.

On request I offer baby massage classes. I teach classes with 6 to 10 babies (6 weeks to 12 months old).
